Participants perform a series of poses and breathing exercises designed to stretch and strengthen your body and calm the mind and spirit. Space is limited. Please register online or call 250-412-8500 to reserve your space. NOTE: Included with your pass, or pay a regular drop-in admission. If your pass has expired, the online system will require you to pay the drop-in rate to reserve your space. Please check in with reception to renew your monthly/annual pass. Please bring your own mat and arrive on time.
