This class provides the benefits of a balanced practice. Starting off with Yang provides invigorating Vinyasa flow sequences, strengthening your muscles, body and mind. Yin focuses on deep stretches exercising the deeper layers of the physical body, mainly the joints and connective tissues. Your energy levels are restored as you move into stillness and relax into the postures. All levels welcome. Bring a yoga mat, towel and a water bottle. Policy: Back-to-back classes are not permitted. Members must pre-register online to reserve classes. 4 hour cancellation policy. $20 NO SHOW FEE, $10 LATE CANCEL FEE.
