This class relieves the effects of chronic stress. Postures are done primarily on the floor and held for extended periods to increase mobility and flexibility. We have designed this class to release tension and teach the fundamentals of yoga. Leave feeling refreshed and relaxed. This class is open to all levels and abilities. Don’t forget to bring your mat, towel and water. Policy: Back-to-back classes are not permitted. Members must pre-register online to reserve classes. 4 hour cancellation policy. $20 NO SHOW FEE, $10 LATE CANCEL FEE.
