LOCATION: 3-625 Hillside Ave. (Island Circus Rock Bay) Aerial Hoop & Trapeze All Levels is perfect for any practitioner on their hoop and/or trapeze journey whether it is your first class after the intro course, or you're a regular in our 2 & 3 Level classes. Aerial hoop consists of a circular metal ring hung from the ceiling, and trapeze is a similar but different apparatus made with a bar and ropes. The foundational skills in these two disciplines are similar and compliment each other nicely. This class will be tailored to each individual depending on their current experience and needs. Variations of modifications of skills will be offered. Prerequisites: Intro to Aerial Series
