Sound is life. This offering asks the practitioner to slow down and seek support with props so the body feels weightless. The sensations experienced are created with less of an intention on the posture and stretching and more what is experienced when we remove “louder” physical expressions. The opportunity to create space is enhanced by the use of intentional music and sound to subtly vibrate the body.
