Enjoy class in a candlelit room with poses that help relieve the effects of chronic stress in several ways. This sequence is designed to release tension through deep stretch postures and relaxing sequences. You will leave feeling refreshed and relaxed. This class is open to all levels and abilities. Please arrive to class 10 minute early. Once class has started, LATE ENTRIES will not be permitted inside the studio. Please remember to bring a yoga mat, towel and a plenty of water! Policy: Back-to-back classes are not permitted. Members must pre-register online to reserve classes. 4 hour cancellation policy. $20 NO SHOW FEE, $10 LATE CANCEL FEE.
