About

The Maritime Museum of BC invites you to tour the Argonaut II, a 73-foot wooden vessel with over a century of history on the Pacific Northwest waters. Built in 1922, this ship served as the corporate yacht Greta M before becoming the Thomas Crosby IV, a vital lifeline to remote Northern BC communities for over 30 years.

Step aboard to explore the remarkably preserved interior, including stained glass salon cabinets, classic staterooms, and a historic 1939 air-start 6-cylinder Gardner engine. These guided tours offer a unique look at a vessel undergoing active, community-funded restoration under owner Nicholas Verrochi.

Your ticket supports the restoration of the Argonaut II and public programming at the Maritime Museum of BC, and includes free admission to the museum. The tours are made possible by the Greater Victoria Harbour Authority.
