LOCATION: 903 Devonshire Road. (Island Circus Esquimalt) Aerial Hammock 1 is the best place to start for beginners! Aerial hammock is similar to aerial silks but instead of two open ended pieces of fabric, the hammock makes a loop in which you can suspend yourself off of the ground. Aerial hammock is a very versatile apparatus in that it is a great way to familiarize yourself with the feel of silks without initially requiring all of the strength to climb up the silks, and it can also be a very challenging apparatus in and of itself! Prerequisites: general body awareness without any significant mobility limitations
