LOCATION: 3-625 Hillside Ave. (Island Circus Rock Bay) Take your aerial hooping to the next level. This class will focus on refining the basics and building your skill set and performance abilities. Come hang out and continue to learn and grow! Prerequisites (Level 2): 5 second bent arm hang, double knee hang, gazelle, straddle back balance, able to hold an inverted straddle hang and get up onto a raised hoop or trapeze without assistance Prerequisites (Level 3): Chin-up pullover to front balance, Single arm and single knee hangs, Clean tuck and straddle invert, Meathook or actively working towards meathook, Experience with dynamic movements (ie. barrel rolls and monkey rolls)
