**Takes place at our Esquimalt studio location: 918 Esquimalt Road Functional Flow was created out of the desire to integrate current movement research into the traditional Vinyasa Flow practice. Class sequences are designed to provide an educational experience while strengthening your body at end ranges of motion for stability and mobility. This class will weave in the elements of flow, movement and breath, while also encouraging students to investigate the integrity of their postures through alignment cues, strengthening, and a deeper body awareness.
