Mat Level 1 This class is for healthy individuals learning Level 1 mat and movement exercises. Our Core Fundamentals Class is highly recommended either prior to or in conjunction with this class. Mat Level 2 This class is for people who have been practicing Pilates for 6 months to a year, or with instructor approval.
