Clients work through a custom-designed Pilates program under the supervision of our highly trained staff. This personalized approach makes these classes suitable for people of all skills and abilities. Prior to joining this class, new and beginner clients first enroll in a short series of Private Sessions. During these sessions we discuss your health and fitness goals. A customized Pilates program is developed, and clients are shown how to do the exercises and how to use the exercise equipment. Clients enroll in a Private Session when they wish to update. their custom Pilates program.
