This class is a modern expression of yoga through the lineage of Srivasta Ramaswami and Ryan Leier. This practice links movement with breath and is intended for all body types and yoga experience. Offering basic yoga postures with encouragement to expand and express what feels good. Start the week off with a practice in a warm room (20-25 degrees) that creates heat in the body, relaxation in the mind and rejuvenation in the soul. Bring your yoga mat and any props you may need.
