Every Sunday from 3-5pm at Heslaa Tea Room, 636 Johnson st, have meaningful conversations and create genuine connections, free of charge. Drop-in, 19+ welcome. Sunday was made for this. No brunch plans? No agenda? Good. Come sit with us. Every Sunday from 3PM–5PM at Heslaa Tea, one of Victoria’s most beautiful, calming spaces, we’re holding room for something a little slower. A little softer. A little more human. Fully self-guided with table talkers, carefully chosen conversation prompt cards sitting at your table before you even walk through the door. No host, no schedule, no pressure to perform. Just a gentle starting point, and then the conversation becomes completely your own. Come alone or bring someone. You’ll be paired one-on-one or in a small group (max 4) with people you wouldn’t have stumbled into on a regular Sunday afternoon. Picture this: -The smell of loose leaf tea and a table all to yourself – A conversation that actually makes you think – Connection that doesn’t feel forced or rushed – The slowest, most restorative part of your whole week – Self-guided table talkers — show up, sit down, start talking – Heslaa Tea — 636 Johnson St, Victoria BC – 100% free – 19+ welcome – Drop in anytime between 3PM–5PM – Stay for one cup or close the place down If you’ve been looking for things to do in Victoria on a Sunday, a way to meet people in Victoria BC without it feeling like a networking event, or simply a reason to leave the house and feel something — this is your sign. The best conversations you’ve ever had probably started with a warm drink and a stranger. See you Sunday
