Co-presented with Destroyed Underground Film Festival Dumped and left with an apartment he can no longer afford, Toronto tenant Lock hatches a scheme: sublease his unit for an hour or two at a time. Before long, his “community space” becomes a smashing success and a hub for the city’s musicians, dating groups, and clandestine terrorist cells.
