About

The Vancouver Horror Show (VHS) Film Festival returns to Cowichan, offering a selection of newly premiering short films. These films feature eerie tales and jumpscares, celebrating the art of horror.

The festival showcases both emerging Canadian voices and international genre programming. VHS aims to connect filmmakers with horror fans and is recognized for curating quality programming.

Now in its sixth year, VHS has become a significant cultural event. Its mission includes supporting the local filmmaking community and connecting it to a wider, global community. A Q&A session with some film directors and producers will follow the show.
