About

Join Heather Ireland, a tailor, upcycler, and costume designer from Langford-based Mythrose, for a pop-up sewing makerspace. This event offers a chance to receive expert help, learn new techniques, and connect with other sewing enthusiasts.

Heather will provide guidance, answer questions, and assist with your sewing projects. She will also bring sewing machines, a serger, and other equipment for use during the workshop. Please note, this workshop is for those already working on a project, not for beginners.

Alongside the makerspace, there will be a clothing swap. You can donate clothing and find new-to-you items for the Autumn/Winter season. Clothing donations can be dropped off at Gordon United Church from October 21-23.
