Form is life. Hatha Yoga is a posture practice that takes the focus away from the breath and movement combination and into the physical sensations of the postures themselves. The steadiness of the postures held for a longer period of time create more poignant concentration. These classes are less choreographed and generally slower moving to accommodate the awareness of the current shapes being made by the body.
