No experience required. Dancers should be able to sit on floor and navigate standing and soft across-floor work. Seda dance holds dear to our hearts the love of movement and how it can feed our souls. Dance is ageless, and everyone who dances in their hearts can dance with their bodies. Gently wake up your body's pathways, awareness of core strength and balance. Dance with your own expression as you follow structured guidance in contemporary dance choreography. Class starts on the floor with a short and soft release section and progresses to standing movement and some pathway dance across the floor. A short choreographic section to finish — with room for your own interpretation. No jumping in this class. This class will be offered by drop in, sessional or full year registration and is a progressive class from September to June. As this class is non-performance, it will remain Drop-in Friendly all year long.
