Our Military Metabolic Training is a dynamic metabolic class that will help you improve your muscular strength, endurance, increase VO2 Max and sculpt your body like no other. This class is a total body circuit class incorporating different types of dumbbell exercises, using a variety of equipment and will challenge you every class. You will push for 45 second intervals of intense strength training combined with brief bouts of cardiovascular and plyometric training between fitness stations.
