Minimum 4 years of dance experience. Dancers are recommended to participate in 2-4 classes per week. From floor to flying! A class of dynamic and organic movement based on the fusion of contemporary Limón, Graham and Horton techniques using weight, path, and space. We will take you through a soft floor warm up, a flowing detailed technique centre practice, and lots of engaging choreography and movement exploration. This class will be offered by drop in, sessional or full year registration, the level will adjust to those who attend, while choreography and focus will change each week. As this class is non-performance, it will remain Drop-in Friendly all year long.
