Finnerty Gardens is a 2.7-hectare botanical garden located on the University of Victoria campus. It is a space for the community to reflect and be inspired, offering a beautiful oasis with paths, ponds, and benches.

The gardens feature over 4,000 different trees and shrubs, including more than 1,500 rhododendron and azalea plants. Visitors can take a self-guided walking tour to observe the varieties of groundcover and low-growing native and ornamental plantings.

Whether you are a bird watcher, gardener, botanist, or simply seeking a peaceful place to walk, Finnerty Gardens provides an environment for enjoying nature. It is free and open to the public year-round.
