About

Experience the debut Canadian tour of "My Fierce Ignorant Step" by Christos Papadopoulos, a leading figure in Greek contemporary dance. Papadopoulos, the recent winner of Sadler’s Wells’ prestigious Rose International Dance Prize, is known for creating minimalist dance works with striking musicality.

This performance features ten dancers who build an ecstatic soundscape of voice and movement. The work is rooted in the sonic memories of Papadopoulos’ childhood in Greece, offering a unique and immersive experience.

"Observing the group generates a visual fascination, something very close to ecstasy" – Susy Q. Join for an evening of contemporary dance that promises to be both visually and audibly captivating.
