The Sooke Philharmonic Orchestra presents "Celebrating Youth," an afternoon of classical music. The program begins with the lively overture from Rossini's "The Barber of Seville." This is followed by Chopin's romantic Piano Concerto No. 2, featuring soloist Madison Brecht.

Madison Brecht is the winner of the Jenny & Norman Nelson Concerto Competition, showcasing her talent in this performance. The concert concludes with Grieg’s tuneful folk dances, offering a vibrant finish to the program.

Conducted by Yariv Aloni, this event brings together a selection of well-known classical pieces. It's an opportunity to experience live orchestral music in a welcoming setting.
