The 12th Thrifty Foods Wicked Victoria transforms Government Street into a Halloween celebration. This free, family-friendly event kicks off Halloween week with entertainment and interactive activities.

Attendees can expect costumed characters, festive vendors, and trick-or-treating for kids. There will also be a dedicated kid zone with crafts and face painting.

Live entertainment and theatrical performances will add to the festive and spooky atmosphere. It's a day to celebrate Halloween in downtown Victoria.
