Join Chef Heidi Fink for a demonstration-style class focusing on the unique spice combinations and cooking techniques of Southern India. Participants will explore dishes like Kerala masala, homemade chutney, and seafood in a coconut curry.

Attending a cooking class at HOB Fine Foods is akin to experiencing a live cooking show. The atmosphere is casual and interactive, allowing guests to enjoy dishes prepared by the Chef during the event. Participants can choose to relax with a glass of wine or dive in and help prepare the meal, all while connecting with fellow food enthusiasts.

Chef Castro is excited to welcome you into his kitchen, where he’ll share his expert tips, tricks, and tools of the trade throughout the experience. Canapés and snacks will be served throughout the class, and all ingredients and recipes are included.
