About

Stories at Fern, hosted by the Victoria Storytellers’ Guild, is a monthly event offering a variety of storytelling, from traditional folk tales to personal stories of life and adventures. The storytellers aim to dazzle and entertain all who attend.

This evening's theme is "Beyond the Veil," with host Al Fowler inviting attendees to explore the mysterious. The stories will bridge the gap between everyday life and the uncanny, featuring ghostly tales, strange coincidences, and spine-chilling moments.

These tales, drawn from personal experience or rich storytelling traditions, are best shared in good company. Attendees can come with a story to tell or simply to listen, bringing their curiosity and a friend for an evening where the familiar takes a mysterious turn.
