Join the Greater Victoria Green Team, TD Friends of the Environment Foundation, and Victoria Airport Authority to plant hundreds of native trees and shrubs in Dickson Woods. This community event is part of TD Tree Days, offering a chance to meet new people and contribute to local ecosystem restoration.

No prior experience is needed, and all ages and abilities are welcome. Instructions, tools, gloves, and snacks will be provided, ensuring a supportive environment for everyone to participate. You can come for as long as you are able.

This activity is designed to help you connect with nature, learn about local ecosystems, and make a tangible difference for the environment. It's an opportunity to spend quality time outdoors, get some fresh air and exercise, and enjoy welcoming vibes.

Dress for activity and weather, wear sturdy footwear and clothes you don't mind getting dirty. Long sleeves and long pants are recommended.

Parking & transit
Parking is available at the YYJ Pollinator Garden and on the shoulder of Willingdon Road. There is a bus stop nearby at Willingdon Rd x East Saanich Rd. There are no public washrooms at this location; the nearest are inside Victoria Airport (15-minute walk).
