About

The Compost Education Centre presents an in-person workshop on preparing for the cold and flu season. Instructor Lindsay Hounslow will guide participants in stocking and using a DIY herbal medicine cabinet.

This workshop focuses on immune support, exploring helpful herbs for lung and sinus health, and incorporating plants and foods for general wellness. Participants will learn to make herbal syrups and fire cider.

Attendees will engage in hands-on medicine making and each will take home some homemade fire cider. The materials cost is included in the ticket price.
