This beginner's class will strengthen, stretch, tone and relax your entire body. This gentle class is ideal for beginners, allowing you to focus on your alignment and breath. We will offer modifications to help you get into the pose more easily. This class will leave you feeling refreshed, renewed and rejuvenated while teaching the fundamentals of Yoga. Please arrive to class at least 10 minutes early Bring a yoga mat, towel and a water bottle. Policy: Back-to-back classes are not permitted. Members must pre-register online to reserve classes. 4 hour cancellation policy. $20 NO SHOW FEE, $10 LATE CANCEL FEE.
